What do I need to do:
- Must live more than 100 km away from a training organisation that delivers the course. You can check it your Queensland location here
- Reasonable level of English – you can test your self here
- You will need to have mic and camera or a smart phone, a hard hat, goggles and safety vest. We can post the gear to you for $50
- Complete the course online
- Successfully complete the assessment (don’t worry you can have as many turns as you like we won’t charge you for extra attempts)
What will I learn:
Construction sites have one of the highest injury rates. You will learn how to be safe on a construction site, how to read safety signs, what to do if you come across a dangerous situation, what to do in an emergency and how to wear goggles, vests and a hard hard.
The course is based on the national qualification CPCCWHS1001. You will recieve both a Statement of Attainment and Queensland Construction White Card upon successful completion.
