We’ve all done it before lost a wallet, left a card on site or got stolen from the car. What you do will depend on what state you live in
| NSW | Contact Service NSW Office on www.service.nsw.gov.au. Every card issued by SafeWork NSW is registered so you can get a replacement at a small fee |
| Queensland | Best to find the original company you did the course with and contact them for a replacement. If you cant remember you may have to do the course again |
| Western Australia | Every card in WA is registered so contact the issueing RTO and they can send you another card. A small fee will need to be paid. |
